John came promptly (within 1 hour of calling) and handled the Insurance claim completely.He then did a great job with the disinfecting and anti-bacterial treatments over the next 4 days. With a malfunctioning sump pump that allowed a 4-5in flood to occur in our basement; right before we put it on the market to be sold, we need service quickly.
