RecommendedAfter a plumbing leak bright and early on Memorial Day Jason came to my rescue. He went above and beyond, helping me move boxes out of the way as well as stripping wet drywall and cleaning up water on my new hardwood floors. He stays in communication and let’s me know what is going on and why. I am so impressed by the whole company and will recommend them to everyone.

We an hundred of gallons of raw sewage flow out of our downstairs bathroom shower which flooded not just our bathroom but also our laundry room, kitchen and part of the living room After calling, someone was at my house within an hour. They ripped up the wet carpet, put plastic over it, treated the floors to clean them and then set up 9 industrial fans, dehumidifiers and other equipment to start drying out the areas and help with the smell. Dan and Mason from Restoration 1 were the best! They were extremely accommodating to my schedule when having to plan when to come back each day checking on their equipment drying my basement. I felt very comfortable with them and knew I chose the right company. Very fast and thorough service from Restoration 1 when we had a backed up sewage line...Rich came first to explain everything and then the two field and service guys, Danny R. and Jason. Both young men were very polite, and took time to explain everything to us so we knew what to expect...Thank you for your help in cleaning everything up an explaining what to do next to get everything taken care of...If we ever have another problem we will not hesitate to call Restoration 1 in Flemington, NJ.
