RecommendedTim and Keith initially came to my home to start the restoration process. Tim was very friendly and was very helpful on the information and knowledge he shared with us about the entire process. David came on day 3 to finish up the job and was super friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the future!
RecommendedJosh & Tim were so helpful and nice! I’ve used one other restoration company and will only be using Restoration 1 for future needs. They called me every morning to check in and make sure I didn’t need anything or to answer the many questions I had. They cleaned up and did their job very well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Recommended***** I have done business with two restoration companies in the past 2-3 years. “Restoration 911” was a disastrous and expensive bad experience and I had to hire another contractor to tear out their poor work and start over. “Restoration 1” responded promptly on another incident. RecommendedThe a/c vents in our ceiling have always been a disaster. I would clean them, but shortly thereafter, black mildew-looking stuff would grow back QUICKLY. I didn't know what to do other than just clean the vent plates and reached out to Restoration 1 hoping they would have answers. Turns out this is one of the many things they specialize in!
