Brad and his team did fantastic work. They were very quick and responsive. Cleaned up after themselves. Extremely pleased with their work. Would recommend them to anyone

After my 7 y/o plugged the tub and left the water running for 45+ minutes, Brad and the guys at Restoration 1 of Jackson saved me an untold amount of money with their prompt and professional services. Following my call, Restoration 1 was at my house within an hour -- more like 40 minutes. That level of service is unheard of today. Because of their quick response, I didn't even have to replace any carpet, padding, or sheetrock. Within 2 days, the carpet was showing 0% on the moisture reading. This company is not squared away at all. Procedurally, they fail to perform their duty as a water mitigation company and mitigate water. Instead, they find excuses to not get work accomplished. They will place fans in your home and blow air everywhere except where the water is concentrated, letting it sit and set up mold. They have a culture of dishonesty, and will invoice work that was never done or thought about being done. Different technicians come out and not know anything that was noted by the previous tech. This place is a rip off do not use says veteran owned but seems to be ripping veterans off! Sub par work either at owner end or their workers either way do not use! If proof needed can support the reason this post was placed! Don’t claim to be veteran owned and not live up to the standards of veterans, or the military creed. Substandard work with no care for how you treat your customers is not how to run a business!
