During the Marshall Fire, our house had filled with smoke from nearby burning houses. It filled all levels, with soot appearing visibly in piles around windows, door frames, and in our furnace room and garage. We selected Restoration 1 to take care of our smoke damage because they sounded genuinely interested in and able to do a good job, and they were able to clean our house with natural, low-chemical cleaners. It has been a difficult time in the 80027 due to the impact of the Marshall Fire. We used the services of Restoration 1 for smoke remediation. This is not an easy process to go through, and it takes more time than one would expect. There are always delays and surprises in a big job like smoke remediation. Restoration 1 was a great company to work with for mold and water damage cleanup in our basement. Pricing was fair (we were self pay) and job was efficient and thorough. Would recommend to anyone looking for water damage repair!

Micah was driving by my house last weekend when his son noticed a "brush fire" outside my home in Genesee. Lightning had struck a tree on my property, which then caught on fire, when I wasn't home. Micah and his son immediately turned around and put out the fire with my garden house. It was fortuitous that Micah was a retired firefighter, but he's also a trustworthy neighbor, and saved us all from what could have been a genuine disaster. I can’t say enough good things about this a company! They helped me clean up after some flooding in my basement, and they were beyond helpful and compassionate. It is so refreshing to find a company that prioritizes people over profits; they clearly care about their community and provide a fantastic service. I will definitely be using them again!

They do excellent work. They restored our loft and 2nd floor bedroom after we had significant water damage. You honestly can’t tell there was any damage at all. Anton did the work, and he was excellent. The work was done well and completed when they said it would be.

We are so pleased with the work done by Restoration 1. Tyson and Anton were so responsive and did excellent work in our bathroom and dining room. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends.

I am incredibly pleased with Restoration 1 of West Denver! Highly concerned, professional, educated and skilled workforce. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Their communication skills are top notch. Great service! Our crawl space was flooded and they did all the work to remediate the problem quickly. Very polite, considerate, honest and cleaned up everything. Jon and Raual are super great guys who took care of everything. Do not hesitate to call them.
