RecommendedThey were absolutely fantastic! I had a leak in the ceiling, and they were nothing but professional, understanding, with quick response times, and willing to work with me more than I deserved. In the end the restoration looked great and I would use them in again in a heart beat.
RecommendedLuis and crew do a fantastic job. Very professional, efficient and friendly. They cleaned our carpets and helped us with some pet stains. Our house looks, feels, and smells clean. Thank you for helping me with the spring cleaning. I will definitely use your services again.

RecommendedRestoration 1 of West Denver was wonderful. We had a major water leak over the weekend and they were very responsive and prompt. They gave us thoughtful insight on how to remedy the problem and went above and beyond of what we expected. Highly recommend Micah and team!
RecommendedBest water damage company out there. On time and clean.
RecommendedRestoration1 was great! They were prompt and efficient. They said they would be there at a certain time and they were! They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them!
RecommendedWorking in real estate, it always surprises me how often things happen that necessitate the help of a good emergency service company. There are so many bad, unethical companies out there that it is great knowing that I can send clients to Restoration 1 where they will be handled in a professional, ethical manner to help them deal with whatever issues have come up for them. If you find yourself in need of their services, call them before anyone else and they won't let you down!
RecommendedThey responded to my request for a quote very quickly. The employees did a great job of isolating the home from the attic during the mold remediation. A problem the original home construction inspector should have noticed.
