They were attentive and came out quickly. They were patient when waiting for me to get my deductible together. They were good and understanding.
The man who originally came to look at the damage was careless. It was a rainy day. His shoes were wet and muddy. He walked in my house without protection and stained my white carpet. The men who worked on the walls were great. They left the house clean and covered all their work with plastic. They were friendly and always on time.
All the people that have come here are pretty good. My only problem is every time they come back, it's different people.
