The tech was knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything and walked me through the procedures and app functions. Also, he shared a few fishing tips and even a few spots to hit up.

Chris the install guy was great he explained the system and showed me where i could have upgraded several pieces of the system. While dis not do the full upgrade package i was very pleased with his complete understanding and his explanation
