I had a very good experience with ADT. I appreciate the working with Harry to come up with the deal but working with my installer was great. Chris walked me thru everything including a security review of my house in addition he went over a couple of things about equipment that was never discuss and made me aware of the pros and cons of what I was purchasing - i ultimately made a couple of upgrades to what I decided on solely after talking to him about these pieces of equipment. The install took longer then expected to install and on top of that the installer got there late.. couldn’t place camera where I originally wanted
