Ricardo exceeded my expectations. I am glad I did not settle with another lender to refinance. He made it easy to complete the entire process and made it super easy to understand by breaking down all the costs. Many lenders to not provide a video walkthrough, so that was a plus for me as well.
Working with Ricardo was great, he spent the time with us that we needed to understand everything clearly, the process went very well. New home and happy family for me is a big win. Would definitely recommend him.
