Highly recommend Ricardo. He went above and beyond to ensure this closed on time. He did everything possible, made sure I was always up to date on the latest changes. The rate was what we wanted, fees were acceptable, and better than other lenders like better.com, with much better experience.

Ricardo was the most patient and nicest person ever! He was always available for us even really late at night. He answered all our many questions that we had along the way patiently. He helped us with all the roadblocks we encountered throughout the process. My husband and I couldn't have gotten a better loan officer to work with. We could always count on him.
