My husband and I were in a pinch since we ended up in a dead end with our previous lender. When we contacted Ricardo he was very helpful. Ricardo was great with my refinance. He was very professional very thorough and help me finalize my refinance when I thought I didn't qualify for it due to the situation I was going through at the time .
