Richard was incredibly responsive and communicative. He walked me through all stages of the process and answered all questions I had along the way.
Richard was the best. We had obstacles and with his help we overcame them, one by one. For each step in the process, he kept us informed and provided us with choices. Richard's creativity and diligence gave us the best chance for success. We are now homeowners in a very difficult market.
