Mr. Grossman was exceptional in helping me keep this experience moving forward. I believe that in great measure it was due to him that we were able to deal with the various issues that arose, and each time he was able to help me resolve any questions that came up. I don't think the process ever would have been successful without his assitance, and I very much appreciate all that he did in bringing this to a successful conclusion.
Refinancing a house is much more complex than I would like it to be. Mr. Grossman (virtually) held our hand through the long, complex process. In addition, our being able to sign documents and disclosures online was a great saver of time and paper.
