With being first time home buyers, Richard made sure to answer every little question we had, and we had a lot! His patience and knowledge made it such a smooth process for us. He gave us updates constantly and was quick to get us paperwork for us to sign. Overall, Richard cares about helping his customers and making it as smooth of a process as possible.

Richard regularly connected and conferred w/me re the status of my refinance, which was an unenviable task, considering the quantity of documentation required to close the loan.

I don't think the process ever would have been successful without his assitance, and I very much appreciate all that he did in bringing this to a successful conclusion.
Refinancing a house is much more complex than I would like it to be. Mr. Grossman (virtually) held our hand through the long, complex process. In addition, our being able to sign documents and disclosures online was a great saver of time and paper.
