It was a pleasure to work with Richard Grossman for the financing and purchase of our new home. Richard was very responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable to the entire financing and closing process, and explained everything to us in understandable terms. I would definitely recommend Richard Grossman to anyone in search and need of someone to help them in their mortgage loan financing.
Richard regularly connected and conferred w/me re the status of my refinance, which was an unenviable task, considering the quantity of documentation required to close the loan.
Mr. Grossman was exceptional in helping me keep this experience moving forward. I believe that in great measure it was due to him that we were able to deal with the various issues that arose, and each time he was able to help me resolve any questions that came up. I don't think the process ever would have been successful without his assitance, and I very much appreciate all that he did in bringing this to a successful conclusion.
Refinancing a house is much more complex than I would like it to be. Mr. Grossman (virtually) held our hand through the long, complex process. In addition, our being able to sign documents and disclosures online was a great saver of time and paper.
