5-Star Performance Having had may years of dealing with home mortgages and the vast amount of paperwork, questions, etc., I was very impressed with the prompt response from Richard Salazar. He was both professional and understanding with answers to any and all questions I had. It was not unusual to find an email from him, composed after 8 p.m. While the actual paperwork did not diminish, the results were far more expedient than I had anticipated.

Excellent Experience Richard Salazar was great to work with through every step of the refinance process.
