Amazing Service! Absolutely amazing service! I refinanced my house right at the start of the pandemic and even through all of this, the service was stupendous. Our loan officer Richard Salazar was incredible. He was very thorough with the process, answered all of our questions, and was available no matter what time or day it was. Excellent experience Richard went above and beyond. I was very happy with the streamlined way he updated my offers instantly and I could review them in real time.
