He is one of the most responsive persons I have across and always had my best interests in mind. I went with Rick as my loan officer for two reasons. 1) NASB has super competitive rates and 2) He is communicative and personable in a way that far surpassed any of the local banks I was chatting with. I received 5 offers for my new home purchase mortgage and Rick's offer was the cheapest by a significant margin. I was hesitant because the next cheapest offer was a local lender that specializes in mortgages for this area. But once I decided to use Rick, I had no issues or challenges. He was always quick to respond to questions and needs. We had to change closing date twice and it was not a problem.
