Never having done an online loan or closing I was at first skeptical if they would beat local area banks traditional services. Well, I am no longer skeptical. NASB was my mortgage holder. They bought it from another lender. When I called to check on my Escrow Rick answered my call and reviewed my loan with me and we determined I could get a better rate if I refinanced with them. They gave me a great rate and a lender credit which was a surprise to me. I would work with Rick again and refer him to everyone I know. He will do outstanding for you.

Rick was professional and very easy to work with. He also provided us with a realtor which we very much needed since we were purchasing a home in another state. He walked us through the the loan process, the signing of documents were explained so we didn't feel overwhelmed. He was always available and quick to return our calls. We would highly recommend him!
