Rick really walked me through the whole process. He was always quick to respond and answer questions. Even before we officially agreed to use Zillow Rick worked diligently with us. Through out the process I became frustrated not understanding some information given to me. Rick asked his Supervisor to speak to me and that helped. Rick showed me that he was willing to do anything possible to make the process smooth going. He guided us the whole time.

I would certainly avoid Mutual Of Omaha - go with someone else. If you are buying stick with a local lender. I opened my application 4 weeks before closing - everything was going well and at the end of week 1 I was told i had conditional approval - and then at the end of Week 2 I was told that my file would likely not make it. They left me hanging 2 weeks before closing!!! And i had to scramble - a local lender i had worked with before came to the rescue and got it done in 10 days! Rick sent me a brief email informing me that my application was not approved. When I asked for a brief phone call to understand the specifics of the denial, he told me he was in a meeting and never called or emailed back. Terrible customer service on his part.
