The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is kind and courteous. Patient and understanding. They deal with so much crap. And always have a smile on their face! I hate that I had to leave ridgeview. For many reasons. I doubt I?ll ever live in an apartment again, knowing that I won?t have the staff and Community I had at ridgeview.

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the staff & maintenance. Negative would be, club house closes too early; should be able to use club hse after houses. Frig/ freezer too small, not enough storage space, sinks in bathroom are old, faucets are old, carpet padding isn't thick enough becse I can hear neighbor walking above our unit; I can tell you every room & spot he is in. I also hear above neighbors music & tv. When he isn't home, it's like heaven.

The square footage... (Verified Renter) The square footage of the apartment is wonderful. Other complexes may have hardwood and granite, but square footage for the price sold me. I love the location and the complex is very well maintained. I'm happy about my decision to move to Ridgeview.
Pool is awakwardly... (Verified Renter) Pool is awakwardly located and the parking near the first couple buildings is horrible. The apartment is what we are renting and payin for at the end of the day. However when you can walk next door and pay $50 more and get your problems fixed... it's tough to say.
