The only caveats... (Verified Renter) The only caveats I would include with my recommendation to friends would be the parking situation and the valet trash fee is one of the highest I've heard of. Everything else is great, though!

I would only... (Verified Renter) I would only hesitate because of my experience with new downstairs neighbor.
Parking spots are... (Verified Renter) Parking spots are too tight - although I have a carport - but this definitely impacts others and my visitors. There are many dog owners who keep their pets off leash which is sometime scary for my little kids as they have sometimes come running near us or my son who is biking. Then, a lot of dog owners do not clean up after - I am not sure what the management can do about this, but maybe put more signs or cameras??
Beautiful and affordable Awesome pool with free gas grills, open kitchens fully loaded, very open layout
