It’s a quiet... (Verified Renter) It’s a quiet place not too far from downtown and is fairly reasonable in price- traffic to downtown on my way to/from work is horrible though.
In the two... (Verified Renter) In the two years I've been here, my maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and satisfactorily. I'm still getting used to not having to call contractors myself to get work done.
As a student,... (Verified Renter) As a student, I love that there is free printing and 4 computers for public use! THAT is key. The snacks in the snack jars and boatload of candy don't hurt either.
Super loud, lighting... (Verified Renter) Super loud, lighting towards back of complex is not as great, at night time a girl walking alone to her apartment might feel unsafe because it is so dark. Appliances are not the best, mine are pretty old and the stove for example doesnt work well.

The staff are... (Verified Renter) The staff are great. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is responsive. Apartments are roomy. The German cockroach problem was a big problem at first but is better. I can't always take my dogs with me when the pest control guy wants access. I did have one problem with a weirdo resident last summer who was in the pool and got weird on me when I came into the pool area to look at the new improvements. But supposedly he moved out. They?re nice apartments... (Verified Renter) They?re nice apartments only crappy part is that there?s wayyy to much dog poop in the grass part which makes it hard to enjoy and parking sucks! We definitely need more
