I actually have... (Verified Renter) I actually have recommended Ridgeview to a friend who lives near Hyde Park in a 400 SF studio apartment and pays nearly $1000/mo. She's wanting to move in with another friend of ours and I think it would be a great fit for them!

It's a quiet... (Verified Renter) It's a quiet and low-key community, which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall it's been a very pleasant experience! My only negative feedback is that off-leash dogs is still an ongoing concern for us, and it doesn't feel that it is a policy that is cracked down on or enforced strictly.
