Issac, the Community Manager, and Kirby, the Service Manager,and his assistant, responded immediately to the problem and kept me informed with respect to the installation of a new water heater. I was never inconvenience and I took note of the fact that the new water heater was of a much higher quality & size. I've lived at Ridgeview for over nine years. The management, staff and service personnel are excellent.

Friendly staff that takes care of all issues and can be flexible if a situation arises. Maintenance is top notch and work orders are completed very quickly
We loved it there! Been a few years and I’m sure it changed management and staff. We rented from out of state but never had an issue and maintenance was great! I’d move there in a heartbeat again
