Product is what was shown in pictures
I ordered 4mm Kernmantle Cord. This is NOT 4mm, it's thinner, and it's not even labeled anywhere stating it's Kernmantle. I have 4mm cord, and this is smaller.

After placing the order on a weekend I wanted to add to the order. I called on Monday and was able to add a couple more items to my order. When the order was lost by the shipper Rigging Warehouse sent a replacement order.
Had a shipment sent to the wrong address. Shipment was then sent back to NY with no one contacting me Load in for the whole job was delayed for 2 days costing thousands. Client was PISSED, I looked like an idiot, they are no longer a client as a direct result of this incident. Mid way through the day trying to sort out the issue rigging warehouse just stopped returning calls and simply washed their hands of the problem and refunded us.
