Not wait for 2 months for my order. Would never use again.
I ordered a swaging tool that ended up being too large for the close quarters where I needed to work. Customer service provided excellent advice on a more compact tool and arranged credit for the original tool I selected without a restocking fee. It was my original mistake, yet they worked to resolve the issue. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER 'SERVICE' IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!

Ordered through Amazon after other Amazon supplier was unable to for fill my order fo SS shackles. I had waited months for them.
Super slow process and shipping... Took over a month to get all of my order. I could have custom machined the parts in less time.
