Part ordering was online was straight forward and parts were delivered in about one week. I had an error on delivery address that was caught and corrected by representative over phone.

I have used e-rigging before and never had issues. This time I ordered a swager tool that said it would be 2-4 weeks. It’s been 9 weeks and zero word from e-rigging. I Have reached out multiple times and now they just don’t response. I’d love to have some form of communication on when I’d be getting this tool. I’ll update this review if I ever get it.

Everything I ordered was delivered

Part was back ordered and was supposed to ship on 3 different occasions

Please be aware of the company's intentionally ambiguous shipping policy. They never asked for authorization for shipping costs nor they would send email of total costs. They only sent invoice of the product itself ($20.5) and immediately shipped the product the next day with overcharged shipping costs ($17 for 2lbs package). Would never use this company again as it took almost 2 months to get some basic fittings/ shackles/ eye bolts for rigging.

I placed an order never received it but you charged my credit card. No one can find or do anything for me .I sent the confirmation email I got and you still avoid me Your company in terrible I am also going to report it to the conexpo board if I dont see my purchase by to end of April. I ordered a swaging tool that ended up being too large for the close quarters where I needed to work. Customer service provided excellent advice on a more compact tool and arranged credit for the original tool I selected without a restocking fee. It was my original mistake, yet they worked to resolve the issue. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER 'SERVICE' IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!
