Great experience especially for a dental chicken. Office staff, hygienist and Dr. Goldman were kind and patient. I actually look forward to going back and working on a treatment plan that will be designed especially for me. Thanks to the entire team.
Customer service was amazing! I received a welcome gift (tumbler, floss, toothbrush, etc) in a bag handed to me when I arrived. Never have I received a welcome gift from my dentist. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Crystal, hygienist was superb! She was great explaining everything that she was doing and making sure I was ok. Dr. Rippe was thorough in his exam and I appreciate his recommendations for my dental care.
My dental hygienist had a light touch. Very comfortable
The service is always excellent at Rippe Dental. Megan did an excellent job as usual. However, the one thing that was very disappointing was, Mrs. Rippe was not at the office. I had to take two Ambien to be able to sleep last night.
