Highly professional and really know their stuff! I have been going to Rippe Dental Associates for 12 years and would not go anywhere else based on my experiences with them.
All of the staff at Rippe Dental are so nice and helpful and put you completely at ease. I have had an exam by Dr. Rippe and now Dr. Goldman and both dentists have taken the time to explain everything and make sure I understand what I need for further treatment and don’t rush out in a big hurry. It was my first time in this office, and I was treated like royalty from start to finish. The office staff and hygienist were cheerful and efficient, the dentist, Dr Goldman, a personable perfectionist, who patiently answered all my questions. I felt listened to in this office and can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’m a 62 year man who has a great fear of Dentist. After 32 yrs I had to find a new Dentist because mine finally retired. My wife has been going to Dr. Rippe so I decided to try it and I will say on my first visit he was great , at this point I will make him my dentist. So far so good. Thank you Dr.Rippe for a great fist visit.
Great experience especially for a dental chicken. Office staff, hygienist and Dr. Goldman were kind and patient. I actually look forward to going back and working on a treatment plan that will be designed especially for me. Thanks to the entire team.
Customer service was amazing! I received a welcome gift (tumbler, floss, toothbrush, etc) in a bag handed to me when I arrived. Never have I received a welcome gift from my dentist. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Crystal, hygienist was superb! She was great explaining everything that she was doing and making sure I was ok. Dr. Rippe was thorough in his exam and I appreciate his recommendations for my dental care.
