We love our Shaw carpets! The installation team was the best and the quality and price were unbelievable. There were some glitches in communications but overall we couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful results.

The overwhelming number of selection options were pared down nicely for us by the onsite staff. Really like our salesperson- direct and no-fuss while still very helpful and straightforward. Installers were very prompt, efficient, and customer-focused. Really aware of items in the installation area. Friendly and polite.

I’m very pleased with the flooring. The experience was painless. The installers were polite, efficient and helpful. They let me enjoy my tv in the bedroom until they were almost done with the living and dining room spaces before tackling the bedroom. It was a very good experience.

We are extremely happy with the level of service we received on our recent purchase (herringbone-patterned wool carpet).
