Tim was very professional. He met with me, measured the space and showed me a great carpet option all in a short period of time. The installers tore out the old carpet and hauled it away. They laid padding first and then did the carpeting and it looks beautiful. The entire process, from meeting Tim to having the carpeting installed, took less than a week! I highly recommend Rite Rug!

Broke closet door and used duct tape to jimmy it together instead of telling us. Nails sticking out a couple places on stairs.

No real issues. It took longer than estimated to get the product but that was not a major problem. Assistance at pickup was excellent
