Sorry, I thought the star on the left was the fifth star. I should have clicked all five stars....we are pleased with the floors! Service good, explanations and questions were clearly given. Install after supplies came in was a short wait. The salesman and installer understood clearly what we wanted them to do, including tearing up sections of ceramic tile. Absolutely terrible experience from the beginning. Issues aren’t fixed and my couch was ruined with a big hole in the process due to carelessness and lack of respect for others property. Broke the security off the refrigerator and it can’t be fixed or put back in working order. Salesman didn’t pay attention to detail, and didn’t check on anything after ordered unless I reached out.
