The guys were fast but not that great. They left me with carpet scraps, hot melt stuck to the carpet, a lot of carpet strands sticking out and sloppy unions with existing carpet in doorways. I had to spend a day ‘cleaning up’ after them. And nothing against their nationality, but I couldn’t communicate with them much at all.

Wholesale Manager David Belanger did a fantastic job in addressing all our needs for our flooring project. He even had additional samples brought in to accommodate our selection. The installer also did a fantastic job and were very courteous and meticulous in their work. If Rite Rug ever needed a reference just give us a call.

Installers were very professional and courteous. The flooring looks great. We have received many compliments. Communication with installers was a little difficult, since they did not speak English.
