Great, The guys were polite efficient and did a great job! Love the carpet! No complaints! Very happy!
The guys were fast but not that great. They left me with carpet scraps, hot melt stuck to the carpet, a lot of carpet strands sticking out and sloppy unions with existing carpet in doorways. I had to spend a day ‘cleaning up’ after them. And nothing against their nationality, but I couldn’t communicate with them much at all.
Wholesale Manager David Belanger did a fantastic job in addressing all our needs for our flooring project. He even had additional samples brought in to accommodate our selection. The installer also did a fantastic job and were very courteous and meticulous in their work. If Rite Rug ever needed a reference just give us a call.
I hope the floors are completed this week. Door strips did not match the floors. Then l will complete a review.
The entire experience was great! Very responsive and the install was perfect!
