Jade was my sales person, he is also the manager of the Heath Rite Rug. He was wonderful to work with and cares about making sure everything goes well. He took excellent care of us, We are very happy with him!!!

Very satisfied with the service and the carpet installation. Would highly recommend Rite Rug in Heath. Our family has worked with Jade and Zachary on projects over the years and they have always been great to work with. All of the floor installers they have contracted with have been professional and did a quality job!

The sales person was great and super helpful. The installation team was efficient and friendly. The carpet looks great. However, I had a lot spots on the wall that I needed to touch up paint. It would be helpful if the installers used more care.

Jordan was helpful from get go, helped us pick out the right Capet with a good price, came and measured quickly and installed in a few days. Installers were courteous and quick did a good job. Did three rooms when we initially went in to do one.

Rite Rig did an amazing job laying out new flooring! They were neat and respectful of our home. They had three rooms completed within several hours. That included removal of the old flooring and putting the new down This is our second time using them and will always be a return customer with all our flooring needs Thank you Rite Rug you are the right choice!!

The end product that was installed was very nice, so that’s what we are focused on, but almost every communication was broken: 1. After picking samples, we got the business card from a sales associate and called and left multiple messages for him with NO return response. Finally after several weeks I called and asked the person answering the phone if he could help me 2. He came out and measured and was very helpful.
