Original installation is great. They did not finish the job. At the threshold to 3 rooms carpet was cut but no transition piece. Molding on several walls are not mitered and is not satisfactory. I was told someone would be in touch but I haven’t heard anything yet
Never got a call the day before to confirm they were coming and never got a call the day of to say they were 1 hour out. Luckily, I was home when they arrived. They also messed up paint n my stairs handrail taking the carpet downstairs that I now have to fix. Otherwise, the actual install was great and we live the carpet.
Product is beautiful and what was installed looks great but it is incomplete as installers did not have enough product so I have a room with partial new floors and partial bare wood floor
