We have had several rooms carpeted and re carpeted over the 48 years we have lived here. We believe James has done the best that has ever been done here at our home. Hat's off to him.
Our salesman, Chris was nice snd knowledgeable. Received carpet in time stated. The crew that installed it were polite and worked together. They cleaned up as they finished each step and vacuumed before they left.
Everyone was very friendly! I was able to get my carpet installed very quickly, and it looks amazing!
We knew roughly what we wanted and Chris R. found it exactly. Great material and a great price. Decided to do the whole floor rather than a couple of rooms and a hall way! I haven't laid it yet but It's good to know that RiteRug are there to help if I need it. I recommend RiteRug highly.

Never got a call the day before to confirm they were coming and never got a call the day of to say they were 1 hour out. Luckily, I was home when they arrived. They also messed up paint n my stairs handrail taking the carpet downstairs that I now have to fix. Otherwise, the actual install was great and we live the carpet.
Product is beautiful and what was installed looks great but it is incomplete as installers did not have enough product so I have a room with partial new floors and partial bare wood floor
