Brian Atha and his team made this a no brainer transaction for us. We had been on the fence as to whether to refinance.... after our conversation, he clearly laid out the benefits to us of a refinance and how Ritter Mortgage could find us the BEST rate out there. The eDoc signing process made most everything go smoothly and exactly as expected. Quick easy and the entire team helped us quickly navigate the process. Great experience!

I have been working with Brian Atha now for over 25 years! It feels rare to have been with someone that long regarding the biggest purchase/s of ones life, and I can pretty much say, he is the only one I will work with if I can help it.
