My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience with Ritter Mortgage. We submitted an application mid January and did not hear back from our representative until the beginning of March. We found out that after our application was complete, it was supposed to be transferred to another rep, who neglected to contact us and keep us updated on anything. Don't recommend, especially for first-time home buyers.
