Brian Atha and his team have delivered time after time with quality service and outstanding customer support. We have gone through multiple refi’s to either lower rates or drop PMI, as was the case in our most recent closing. Each loan transaction was met with the same level of care and service that I have come to realize is the standard at Ritter mortgage.

Brian Atha and Ritter Mortgage made the refinance process smooth and easy for me, a single mom. Brian was patient with the process, taking the time to discuss the pros and cons of several different option scenarios with me and answering all of my questions with my best in mind. The icing on the cake occurred when he began sending closing documents for my review, which included an even lower interest rate that what we had initially discussed! Working with Brian and his team was a pleasure and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Brian Atha from Ritter Mortgage was great to work with. He was extremely patient and helped us get into a very low fixed rate loan. He was very methodical with the number and showed us at least 10 different scenarios. Without him and his patience I’m sure we wouldn’t have received the rate we have.

Brian Atha and Ritter Mortgage Group went above and beyond our expectations! We had lots of hurdles in our refinance and live 1000 miles away, but Brian kept overcoming each obstacle and did an excellent job communicating with us.
