I purchased winter tires and rims and added a service. I received the tires $130 below the quote for the same and 200 below the competitors. The service was as expected but they did a free car wash. I am very pleased with this undertaking. Staff, outstanding.

Vehicle in for first service. Everything went well and was done very quickly. Part of our original deal was a trailering package with wiring. We requested a 7pin connector for our trailer, but it was missed on the original order. After 4 months they said they had stock and then installed a 4piin harness. Back to waiting. Not happy!
Everyone was helpful and wanted to help get my vehicle back to me quickly. The price for the service work was fair and made sure I was happy with it. I can’t say enough good things about the service work and people there.
Just picked up my 2023 Elantra Preferred and am very happy with the overall experience. First I have to say that everything Thomas Wright said to me and explained right from the beginning was spot on. While I waited for the build of my car I was kept updated as to the where it was in line for production every couple of weeks. Service was quick. But was surprised when I tried to book my appointment for a service 1, to just show up 8am or later and service would be first come, first served. Is this new? I was in and out in 30min, which is great because in the past I have waited 90 min for a service 1 to be completed. I’ve also had other locations (Southtown and Northtown) provide a video summary if the work done by the technician, along with the paperwork. All I got here was a paper report on my alignment and tire tread wear.
