Went in for my first 6 month service. Omar handled everything perfectly. Explained and provided answers to my questions. Will continue to go to River City Hyundai for all my service needs for my new SUV. Long drive from home but worth it as good service matters.

Andera was on time and while she had the vehicle in her care took the time to check the filters in the vehicle also the battery and wheel alignment. My short interaction with her left me feeling I was important to Hyundai.

This visit was great this time. I was originally booked in early December, came in at 8:15 only to get a call at about 1:15 that the part for the recall wasn’t available when they told me the previous week it was. I was told by Steve the service manager that they would throw in an oil change for my inconvenience at a later date. Just had 1 done. So I am still hoping they will honour that in a couple months when I need one. I am very happy the recall was taken care of this time around.
