Not bad. Service tech tryed far to hard sell to me stuff I didn't NEED. My car is brand new
Salesman Paul was nice to deal with…just needs more education on vehicles that dealership is selling… Actually came into see the used Lexus 450 Paul steered me to the Tucson.. Hadn’t sat in 1 for a couple of years was surprised how roomy it was..good job Paul!!! Sales Manager was a little overwhelming with the fast talk…my husband Bob is a smart guy and a math guy..even he was a little confused. The service was fast and good. We always get treated well by the service department. We had Jeannine #1587 at Rivercity Hyundai and she kept us informed when there was a problem. Offered to get us something to eat while waiting for the car to be serviced.
