I called ahead to find out if I should book an appointment due to Covid protocols, the service advisor was able to look up my file and let know how long the appointment would take, what it would cost, and made me an appointment for the next day. My vehicle was done in the promised amount of time and for the quoted price. And the didn’t push me to get anything unnecessary done, which I appreciate.
