My experience included a few miscommunications but it ended in myself being happy with the outcome in regards to Rivercity making it right and me leaving happy,well done.
You guys were able to sort out the problem and provide with a great solution and gave us a deal in new tires. Vehicle was ready before we expected, and Amy was great. Car was washed and ready to go when we got there.

Service was ok, but I found it very hard to trust service personnel that were inappropriately dressed. Cut out and off the shoulder sweaters revealing undergarments seem more appropriate for bars and nightclubs not dealership service departments.
