My service advisor was excellent. Friendly and very clear about what services I needed. My car was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up
My service advisor was not in yet(Amy)so someone else did the walk around. She did not tell about her inspection.Then we just stood by the door and I said I needed ride home.I signed in then I waited 45 minutes. I asked the driver if it was busy and he was’t on a trip and was not busy.My shuttle driver came quick.When I arrived home another shuttle driver was waiting outside. He called me twice(I am sure he wondered where I was).I told him I had already been picked up.Usually I am really happy with your service department.
Excellent customer service as always! Service advisor Amy provides excellence in customer service! I appreciate the honesty in the service department, I know I can trust River City Hyundai with my vehicle. There is a comfortable relaxing are to wait and enjoy a free coffee or pop while watching Netflix if you like.
They got me in right away even though I was early and my vehicle was done sooner than expected
Excellent service. Finished when said it would be done. Came back with gas odor on Saturday and car was taken in and looked after quickly. Looked after both visits by Michael. Pass a thanks to him.

I have good experience with river city hyundai
The shuttle driver was a very good driver. I wasn't nervous being in the car with him driving as I have with other shuttle drivers. My car was done by noon, not late afternoon.
I thought the sales team was very professional and knowledgeable! I appreciated the sales rep not having to run to the sales manager during negotiations! All in all a great experience!
