Customer service was good, although the service -#2 was to include a car wash and this wasn’t done. Only the inside was vacuumed, the exterior wasn’t washed.

I brought my Elentra in to fix the steering wheel rubbing noise. River City Hyundai fixed the issue under warranty. Great service!

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at River City. My car engine seized and when I got it to the dealership I was greeted by Omar. He could tell I was in panick mode. He made a few jokes to lighten the mood and took me through what the process will be with warranty. He assured me everything was going to work out.
