Our experience with the whole group at River City Hyundai was nothing less than fantastic. From the initial phone contact with Jazz who set us up with a sales agent and appointment, to meeting with Samson our agent who had the vehicle prepped and ready for us to see we could not be happier with the service. All l can say is great and I never thought I would be able to do the tire swap that day but lo and behold an hour or so later all was done including a car wash. Also as usual the front staff were great.

Sales manger I dealt with was not clear on deal, he pulled a fast one on me, my bad I should have asked more questions. The salesman wasn’t really part of the deal to much and tried to give the referral bonus to his friend. The finance manger in my deal was amazing. Walked thru everything with me and was very real and transparent in showing me the numbers the way I wanted to see them and a very personable guy. I recently took my Hyundai Tucson to Hyundai River City for an oil change and asked them to check everything, including my tires, since my dashboard was showing low tire pressure. I was told everything was fine, and I paid for the service. However, later that same day, when I left my house to pick up my son, I heard a strange noise within a minute of driving.
