Always great to visit River City. I have to drive across the city, but each time I come in to have my vehicle serviced I am satisfied with the job and I enjoy the wait. Yesterday I needed an oil change.My vehicle was quickly entered into the service line and I went to have one of your good coffees. River City has the best coffee in Edmonton! Came in late in the day, alignment tech had already left but they completed first thing in the morning. Came back to a clean car ready to go. Staff wasn't well aware of current promotions so had to correct.

There was no available loaner or shuttle bus so I have no choice but to wait more than two hours for my service maintenance. When it was done I thought there's a free CARWASH which I know they do because I always do my service maintenance at this branch but all I got is a clean floormat. I was little bit dissapointed this time considering I have paid $406 I just thought it quite unfair..
