Yesterday was my first visit to Rver City Hyundai and I was very impressed with the professional and friendly staff who assisted me. I went in without an appointment because the block heater on my Veracruz needed repair, rather urgently in -25 Edmonton weather! Even though it was almost the end of the day, Matt, the Service Advisor, and other helpful staff members facilitated the repair quickly and economically. They even did a mini cabin clean and topped up the fluids at no extra cost. What a great crew!
Oil change went fine as usual. Two recalls were addressed at the same time which saved making another appointment however as mentioned on the phone, recall was said to be no rush (not a safety issue) but couldn't start vehicle earlier that day and when mentioned I called technician about it, I was told it was because of the recall part (inhibitor switch).
